The Bristol Hotel is expanding !

The 14 th September 2009, the famous Parisian Palace located Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré inaugurated its new wing.

The operation consisted in the entire restructuration of a Haussmannian building, initially dedicated for private accommodations, into 26 bedrooms, 4 suites and a new restaurant: the 114 Faubourg, managed by Sir Eric FRECHON, Chef with 3 stars in the Guide Michelin.

BETEREM was in charge of the engineering of the HVAC lots, plumbing, high voltage, low voltage, Fire and Safety System and elevators with high technical constraints: very weak acoustics level, flexibility of the technical solutions, electromagnetic fields cuttings, flood risks prevention plan and no roof equipments to preserve the architectural part.

Technical skills and abilities have been required to carry through this program that lasted one year, in maintaining the Hotel activity.

The project "Business park of Bonne" awarded !

Through a housing project for the SCIC Habitat Rhônes Alpes and in partnership with the architect’s office Pierre Berne & Associés, Beterem Ingénierie is involved in the eco district of the business park of Bonne which received the National eco district prize 2009 by the Ministry of Ecology & Sustainable Development.

This project, with a specific approach in reply to the European challenge “Conterto”, carries out some goals on the power effectiveness and on the use of renewable energy. Those aim to cause progress for 2050 when the building energetic consumption will be reduced by 4.
